Charge Port Diode

Charge diode with built in fuse used in Atlowbuilds. This is for protecting your charge port from shorts, reverse polarity, and too high charge currents. It can take up to 200v of incorrect polarity making it future proof as pack and charger voltages increase.
A built in 10A fuse prevents battery or bms damage from overcurrent charging. Designed to mount on the Finned VEXR Lid and the GTV Battery Lid, Comes with the nut, washer, m3x.5x16mm countersunk screw, and thermal pad for mounting. Connects to the 4 Pin XLR Charge port and the GTV GX16-4 chargeport via a female XT30.

Recommended when using ZBMS or similar dumb bms.
Not necessarily needed when using Ennoid BMS as it can disconnect power to the charge port. (there is a few seconds after unplugging when power is still present)

Mount according to the image in the gallery, ignore the pcb as it will not be present, the tophat washer will go through the hole in the diode tab.

***Once mounted, use 388 silicone on the wires where they come out of the diode to secure them to the lid so vibrations do not break the legs off over time.***

ATLOWSHOP Release and Waiver of Liability Form Custom Built Personal Electric Vehicles (PEVs)

  • Assumption of Risk
I am aware and understand that the operation of Personal Electric Vehicles (PEVs) is a potentially dangerous activity that involves the risk of injury, disability, death, or property damage. I acknowledge that these risks may result from or be compounded by the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Release, its employees, or aftermarket parts manufacturers. I understand that while the Release has implemented measures to reduce the risk of injury from the activity, the Release cannot guarantee that I will not be injured due to my operation of the PEV.  NOTWITHSTANDING THESE RISKS, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY PURCHASING THE PEV WITH THE INTENT OF PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY WITH KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE DANGERS INVOLVED.   

  • Agreement to Hold Harmless
I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims now known or hereafter known against the Release, its employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Releases”), on account of injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage arising out of or attributed to my operation of this Personal Electric Vehicle (PEV).   

  • Release
Both parties represent that they understand their right to review all aspects of this Release with the attorneys of their choice, that they have had the opportunity to consult with attorneys of their choice, that they have carefully read and fully understand all provisions of this Release, and that they are freely, knowingly, and voluntarily entering into this Release.
