Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Custom VESC builds are built to order and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, contact us at support@atlowshop.com with your order number before sending anything back. Customers pay the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us at support@atlowshop.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or refund your order in full with no restocking fee, and we will pay the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we received your returned item and whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund (less the 20% restocking fee) will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment, whether that was Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Affirm, Venmo, or Cash App. Refunds to Klarna and Affirm follow those providers’ timelines and may take longer to appear.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@atlowshop.com.

Exchanges

Unused items can be exchanged for a different item with no restocking fee. The customer pays shipping to send the original item to us, and the cost of shipping the new item back to the customer.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to shipping for a full refund. Custom VESC builds cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Shipping

Most items ship the next day. Items that require prep, such as 3D prints, can take a few days.

Repairs and Service

We charge a $75 diagnostic fee for Onewheels and most PEVs. We reserve the right to increase the diagnostic fee depending on the PEV.

After diagnosis, we will provide you with an estimate. Repair work begins only once you approve the estimate. If you choose to repair your PEV, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total cost of the repair.

We reserve the right to require payment prior to the repair to cover the cost of parts.

Repair warranty

Repair work performed by us is covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of repair. The warranty covers the repair we performed and does not cover unrelated problems or damage that occurs after the repair.

Unclaimed vehicles

We will notify you by email when your PEV is ready. Please pick it up within 90 days of that notice. After 90 days, we may sell or dispose of the PEV to cover any costs owed.

ATLOWSHOP Release and Waiver of Liability Form Custom Built Personal Electric Vehicles (PEVs)

  • Assumption of Risk
I am aware and understand that the operation of Personal Electric Vehicles (PEVs) is a potentially dangerous activity that involves the risk of injury, disability, death, or property damage. I acknowledge that these risks may result from or be compounded by the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Release, its employees, or aftermarket parts manufacturers. I understand that while the Release has implemented measures to reduce the risk of injury from the activity, the Release cannot guarantee that I will not be injured due to my operation of the PEV.  NOTWITHSTANDING THESE RISKS, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY PURCHASING THE PEV WITH THE INTENT OF PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY WITH KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE DANGERS INVOLVED.   

  • Agreement to Hold Harmless
I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims now known or hereafter known against the Release, its employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Releases”), on account of injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage arising out of or attributed to my operation of this Personal Electric Vehicle (PEV).   

  • Release
Both parties represent that they understand their right to review all aspects of this Release with the attorneys of their choice, that they have had the opportunity to consult with attorneys of their choice, that they have carefully read and fully understand all provisions of this Release, and that they are freely, knowingly, and voluntarily entering into this Release.
